Podcast launches on April 22nd

I’m pleased to announce my podcast, The Engaging Marketeer, launches at midnight on Friday 22nd April. But is that Friday night or Thursday night?

That’s always a tough one to understand, isn’t it? When I say midnight Friday, do I mean the Friday night or the Thursday night? Damn, dates are annoying.

I actually mean the Thursday night. So when Thursday ticks over into Friday, then it launches. You could stay up for it if you like. I won’t, obviously. I’ll wait until the Friday morning, like a sensible person. If you want to, however, you can. It’s up to you.

The podcast will launch with 10 episodes going live straight away, so you can binge some content. After that, it will be a weekly podcast every Friday (at midnight… I’m not going into it again). The podcast will be a mix of digital marketing hints, tips, myth busting and advice, as well as longer form seminars, talks and interviews with some really cool people with great stories to tell. Among the first 10 episodes are interviews with a film producer whose movies have grossed over $7 billion at the global box office, and an iconic English actress famous for appearances in some of the best Sci-Fi and horror movies of the 70s and 80s.

Something else you’ll want to ensure you don’t miss is the competition I’ll be running for the launch day. Stay tuned for that one, as I’ll be giving away two tickets to see Liverpool at Anfield, next season, in the Carlsberg Dugout Hospitality Lounge, for a Premiere League game, for one lucky winner and a friend. The competition will be announced on Friday April 22nd, the day of the launch, so don’t miss that.
